24/7About DREDMAX
Kyiv, UkraineDREDMAX is the alternative rock / metal side of N O W A V E.
Built around acoustic and electric guitars, emotional clean vocals, rap and extreme vocal techniques, DREDMAX brings a different sound and a more direct, personal delivery.
The first release, 24/7, opens a new chapter and sets the direction for future releases.
The story behind 24/7
18 September 202624/7 is about living under constant pressure and exhaustion during wartime in Ukraine. It is not a song about one isolated event, but about an everyday reality that does not switch off — and the effort to keep moving and find meaning while everything around you feels like hell.
The track began as a N O W A V E electronic song built on Drum & Bass and Hardcore Techno, with rap and extreme vocals.
DREDMAX reimagines it through acoustic guitar and a more intimate arrangement: the verses tell the story, the chorus returns like a thought that will not let go, and the final section grows into drums, electric guitar and a low growl.
The lyrics are in English to reach listeners beyond Ukraine. The song speaks from lived experience rather than explaining the war from a distance.
